To maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all attendees, we have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, discrimination, aggression, or any actions that disrupt the experience for others. If someone is found to be violating our code of conduct, they may be removed from the festival immediately without a refund. By purchasing a ticket, all participants agree to adhere to our community guidelines and respect the shared space.
There are numerous accommodation options in Da Nang that suit various budgets. We suggest reading our Guidebook for more information and tips about accommodation.
We recommend bringing your business cards for networking, a notebook or device for taking notes during sessions, and any necessary workshop materials. Don’t forget to pack comfortable clothing for the outdoor events! Let us know if you need support with printing business cards, stickers, or other materials in Da Nang.
